Keepsake Box
This is a one of a kind piece, that can be used as a jewelry box, keepsake box, or as a dresser top valet. It makes the perfect gift for somebody special.
It features a fine grained maple body, that is topped with a figured cherry lid, and is accented with maple inlay. As shown in the photos, the figured cherry and maple inlay can be seen on the interior of lid also.
The box features solid brass hinges which open a full 180 degrees for easy access to the contents. The roomy interior comes with a light poplar wood bottom, and a removable black velvet bottom lining.
The finish is a durable hand-rubbed oil-poly blend, which has been buffed to a soft luster, and given multiple coats of a protective blend of waxes.
